Balius, LLC is based in Edmond, Oklahoma. We offer shipping only within United States.

The majority of our orders are expected to arrive within 14 days after the order is made. This may differ depending on local delivery routes and restrictions, and during busy times of the year. We do not guarantee any particular shipping time.

All of our products are packaged with eco-friendly packaging to decrease our impact on the environment.

Return and Exchange Policy

We offer a 14-day free return policy, meaning you can return any of our products within two weeks after your receipt for a full refund (minus shipping & handling). The returned product unused and cannot be washed, and must include the original tag.

Every order also comes with a limited one-year warranty covering defects. If any of the products that you order from us breaks or malfunctions within the first year of your ownership, we will make it right.
